[DeTomaso] Rear sway bracket snapped-Help!

I have had it happen ....but not on the Pantera .... normally at slower than full highway speeds ...
Remember it is quite out here where I live ..

1-Rear sway bar mount snapped. Where can I get a stock (or improved)
replacement end (not middle) mounting bracket? (Bushings have been
replaced)
2-There a sound coming from passenger side rear wheel that makes its
noise in time with rear wheel rotation. Haven't removed wheel yet.
Any thoughts?
