[DeTomaso] FW: Another Pantera Up For Sale

Hi All,
Know of anyone searching for a Pantera?

I was contacted by a local guy here in San Diego and he's interested in
selling his Pantera.  He's had it for 16 years and inherited it from his
father.    He has not looked into selling the car online, he reached out to
me first to see if the club could help.  The car is located in east county
San Diego (El Cajon).  The car looks pretty nice, it has some blemishes in
the paint, a few bubbles in the paint, no signs of rust, older Michelin
Pilot Sport tires and Hall Ultra Pantera wheels.  

-	He believes that it is a '73, but it has early sharp-edged bumpers,
a 2-pod dash and looks like it originally had the rear ZF single-mount which
appears to have been removed and replaced with aftermarket ZF side-mounts
(from Hall).  
-	The car has been rarely driven since he acquired it
-	Mileage shows 31k
-	Vin 2506
-	Vin plate indicates Jan '72 build date
-	The car was "restored" by Hall some 10 or 12 years ago.
-	The restoration included: Paint (black), wheels and some engine
bling
-	The seats were probably reupholstered too
-	The engine sounds good and he thinks it "stock"
-	Neither the owner nor his late father appear to have been affiliated
with the club
-	The car does not appear to be in the Detomaso Registry
-	Interior looks good
-	Air Conditioning doesn't work too well
-	Originally Campy wheels are long gone
-	He didn't indicate the availability of any other spare parts.
-	He's asking around $80k
