First thing here is the bearing appears to be a used unit. Look at the wear marks on the outer & inner race surfaces.
I would not use these as they are rather ancient even if new. Sealed bearings do have a shelf life as the grease breaks down over time when they sit.
Find and order some FAG brand bearings and you’ll be fine.

They also said the quality is unknown unless the bearing can be spun up and tested.
