[DeTomaso] Techno question: Tach malfunction

Chuck,

It sounds like the signal to the tach has become erratic.  I’d start by first checking the signal wire (red wire to tach adapter) to see if it’s loose or if the wire is damaged, as well as the 12V source wire (ignition to tach).
