I instructed shop that is doing the rebuild to add.
Steel plate Welded to frame to spread out loading (yellow), then washer welded to plate,  hole bored through plate to mate with one in frame
 
I am still not too happy with design for the motor mount area.   (don't think bolt head will be recessed enough)

Comment, the scissor jack location under the firewall is only inches away from the fore/aft balance line AND I would not recommend for using a full lift post jack point (thus the motor mount area points)

Noticed I requested that the rear (and added front) cross members have the fitted hole for the scissor jack

Yes, that’s right. When in doubt, read the manual. :)

 

I also jack from the rear crossmember, protecting the sheetmetal lip by putting a 2x4 on top of the jack pad which indexes on the frame rail.
