[DeTomaso] Best jacking points for floor jack?

I don't think there are any "points."I used to put a length (maybe 18"?) of 2x4 under the "frame" rearward of the front wheels on each side for the front and a length cut to size to go in the midline under the middle rearmost "frame" member.
On a lot of cars you can see where a mechanic thought he could lift anywhere on the "frame," because it is dented in there.
With my low rise floor lift I build up layers of 2x4 and rubber blocks under the "frame members" near the rear wheels on both sides. But I have to put the car as far forward as possible on the lift so the front is firmly resting on the lift.
