[DeTomaso] Speedometer

Check the stamped number on the drive.

There are four types of drives, two each of VDO and Borletti, 1210 revs 
per mile and 1610 revs per mile.

Checking the parts catalog it seems there are really three types of 
speedos, one KPH using the 1210 drive and both KPH and MPH speedos using 
the 1610 drive.

The VDO drives have the ratio stamped on the end of the drive and 
Borletti 50-0804 is 1610 and 50-0806 is 1210 revs per mile.
