[DeTomaso] Power steering ECU location

As 2511 is a pre-L model there was no relay panel on the left-hand side. I chose this location to mount the power steering controller, radiator fan controller and my lighting relays. 

I mounted the potentiometer control for the power steering to the dashboard support structure.

The conversion retains the column cover, steering wheel and original mounting location. The electric motor does hang down lower than some might like to see but is apparently not a big deal. No personal feedback on that as 2511 has still not returned to the living.
