[DeTomaso] Electric anyone?

What I heard in that video; good for going to your local car show up to 100 miles away where you can let it sit for viewing while it charges for 5 hours to make the journey home. Zero-60 in 3.4 seconds, but at full tilt it sounded like you'd get to 60 and run out of electrons or at best about a lap of your local track in before the requisite charging break.

Saw that in Monterey a couple years ago. Nice car, but wishful thinking on the price!

Actually, that last one wouldn't be worth the trouble. The seller is
clearly on crack based on the asking price, and it would need too much
money and work to put it back to something resembling a Pantera.
As far as drivetrains are concerned, modestly damaged donor Tesla's are
readily available quite inexpensively - for just about the same money
   as a professionally rebuilt Cleveland...

FWIW, for several years I've thought it would be fun to splash a mold
from a Vallelunga and build my own EV Vallelunga replica. That would
   be cool!
