Jeff,
I Got a new one from Moss Motors.  The wiper motor is a Lucas, the same as used on many period English cars.
I used the switch listed for an MG-B.  Costs about $13 plus postage.  Just saw the invoice floating around my desk a week or so ago but can't put my finger on it now to get the part number.
