[DeTomaso] 72 Pantera on BAT - strong sale

Les,
I totally agree that it's a great looking car with good upgrades, but what's your opinion of the rusty fasteners? Did someone keep the car too clean (e.g., steam clean the suspension) so even a little moisture caused the fasteners to rust?
Are there fastener finishes we should avoid in exposed uses (e.g., suspension)?

The only thing rough under this car is the rusty exhaust. This car was formerly owned by AZPOCA member Lew Bonitz. This car car was taken down to a bare shell and then everything that was removable was replace, renewed or upgraded to an unbelievable level.
The car was sold to a doctor in Ohio by Lew and he had me go over the car to be certain it operated flawlessly.
This price was a steal !
