[DeTomaso] Spindle nut

Marshall,

Don’t forget that some are reverse thread. 

Also, I don’t like the ones that must be crushed to retain them in the groove in the spindle. Much better is to either get a castellated nut, or a conventional nut with a separate stamped steel keeper, and drill a hole in the flat portion of the spindle for a cotter pin. 

Ron Southern just did this mod a few days ago. Let me ask where he got the parts....
