[DeTomaso] Need new deck lid

Dear Jack,

              So...from needing a new pair of deck lid struts, you now need
an entirely new deck lid??   In the interest of driving home the point of
using the correct deck lid struts, do relate how the incorrect struts caused
irreparable damage to the deck lid.   Perhaps repair could be effected by a
competent body shop?
