[DeTomaso] Glove box hinge hardware upgrade

All,

I can’t believe I am the only one who has cursed the factory nut, bolt and washers used at both of the glove box pivot points. 

My solution uses some double-stick foam tape to hold the fiber washers in place, and replaces the slotted-head  bolt/nut with a hex head bolt and a clip nut.
