[DeTomaso] Installing early front bumpers on smooth nose Pantera

[Larry Stock]

The 71 two piece chrome bumpers have captured Square nuts that require a
bolt thru the body to fasten them.
The one piece L bumper as studs in the bumper that extend thru the body
that fasten inside the body with nuts, but the main fastening mechanism is
the Bumper shock supports that extend structurally thru the body.
