[DeTomaso] DE TOMASO - PANTERA GTS

Intriguing, that is the first I have heard of that. Why would De Toamso produce a variant of the speedo and tach that have no logos specifically for 150 cars?

I looked in Chuck's registry and of the GTS's that had interior photos I could not find one with gauges sans the Isis logo.

As you can see, lots of things have been modified on this car, including the paint (the front under the bumper). I wonder what the “bubbles” at the back just above the beltline are. And, I wonder about the true mileage—that may not be the original speedometer. US GTSs don’t have DeTomaso logos or script on them, including in the speedo and tach, but you can see it in the speedo.

Here is a great example of a car that is pretending to be a Euro GTS,

but it is very obviously an early 73 US L-Model that was repatriated to

   Europe and then tarted up.
