Was that dash with the map light between the vents on that late of a car?  I don’t believe that license plate recess was ever on Euro cars, so it would be a US car. They went to a lot of trouble making it look like a Euro GTS…too bad they didn’t put wheel center caps on it.

Guys (and especially Steve Lisa),

 

Here is a great example of a car that is pretending to be a Euro GTS, but it is very obviously an early 73 US L-Model that was repatriated to Europe and then tarted up.
