James,

There is no ‘mailing list’ that would enable you to send physical mail to people. If you were to join POCA you would receive a roster that has phone and email contact info. 

In the past, when vendors wanted to send direct advertisements to the membership, they provided the ads to the club, and paid the extra postage to have them included with the club newsletter mailing.
