[DeTomaso] NPC: Buying a car out of state - help!

Dear Will,

I admire your philosophy: "The others were driven. It's a good
time to get to know the car." Which cars remain in your scuderia?

                        Warmest regards, Chuck Engles

I have bought 7 cars on ebay - 2 Vipers, 97 Mustang Cobra, 427 Cobra
replica, 2 Boxsters, and my Pantera.

In every case, the car was as described, but I didn¹t give them a
cashier¹s check until I inspected the car myself. In most cases, I drove
the car home. The Pantera was delivered. I trailered the 427 Cobra. The
others were driven. It¹s a good time to get to know the car.
