[DeTomaso] New California Exhaust Fine

 A friend's Daughter got a loud exhaust ticket before Christmas! Cost about $200-$300. After 2019 Much larger Fines up to $1000 I think? Now to be fair, Her Car is a Bright Red VW, lowered with a 17" wheels and a Big Ass Fart Can! LOL
