[DeTomaso] Interesting Hall Pantera header oddity

   Mike,
    The big bores for standard 4V steel heads were semi rectangular with that odd intrusion caused by the header bolt area.
     The Ford SVO alloy heads had different port heights and some had purely round port configuration. Those headers “would” bolt to steel standard port location but would eventually eject the gasket, do to the closeness of the port cooking the gasket and blowing it out. 
    One of your pic’s clearly shows the misalignment of the exhaust running into the offset flange.
