You can go here and download the free FAST XFI C-COM 2.0 software:
https://www.fuelairspark.com/software-downloads
If you install it, you can go to:
HELP:        INDEX
and get a massive amount of information.
You can connect the ECU to the internet and use remote turning services so you don't need to rely on local support to fix issues, and it is suppose to be self learning.  There is a Facebook group and the Comp Cams FAST forum:
http://www.cpgnation.com/forum/forums/fast-support-forum.235/

Still installing, so no personal experience.
Some people like the Holley system better so you might want to look into it.

Thanks fur responding Julian. My car starts and runs, but not great. My
Electromotive TEC3a doesn't have a workable idle control valve circuit
which I need with a Holley style throttle body - we've tuned around
that problem but still not very good, still uses an old PC serial
connection, requires experts to program and modify (which don't exist
here in Dallas), and their support was horrible until I just gave up. I
needA something that is reliable, supportable and supported here. I'm
tired of apologizing for it. I do realize that a new system will not be
as flexible and controllable as the TEC3a but I've had it for 13 years
and it's the same old same old. I'm generalizing here but guys with the
new systems just plug it in and it goes.A
I know you've recommended FAST in the past and I will look at them to
see if they are self learning. My recollection of it from 10 years ago
is that is similar to the TEC3a but I'm not sure if it has been redone
  into a more modern system?

I'm finally going to upgrade to a new FI system. Car goes in to our
  local
Pantera guru, Mike Ditucci, next week.
I'm currently using an Electromotive system with a single Holley style
throttle body and sequential injection at each inlet valve. I would
  like to
keep that setup but upgrade to new well supported system that runs
  autonomously, ie, self learning.
  Would appreciate any recommendations, thanks.
  Happy Holidays,
