It has been sat with that dealer since passing through Bonhams auction in June of 2018 selling for $182,560 inclusive of premium. Such a shame that although Shelby physically owned it for all those years he obviously never got to enjoy it with only 4,500 miles on it.
I suspect it is worth slightly higher than Mike's estimate given the Shelby lineage and it being a later 9,000 (#9281) series Pantera, but prior selling price at Bonhams was probably all of that premium! Shelby's passing and the new Ford V Ferrari movie are unlikely to add in the extra $66K of asking price IMO.
I am awaiting to see resale asking price on the GT5S that sold at the same time for $226,240 sans any powertrain; I read it is being reunited with the Dodge twin turbo engine it once had.

Five pics and a link to the dealer website, but no writeup from the online magazine? I’m missing something I think.
The dealer wants $250k for a $90-100k Pantera with Shelby lineage. Good luck with that!
Looks like a very nice car though.
