[DeTomaso] Caliper rebuild help

Folks,While under car doing an oil change, i notice dust on the inside front rotors.   Seems both inside pistons on each front caliper may be frozen.   Anyone have a tutorial or tips on  DIY rebuild procedure?      Any vendors sell rebuilt with core exchange?       Recommendations on which vendors carry a decent rebuild kit?        Any additional parts or upgrades while I have Calipers off?        I hear synthetic brake fluid is way to go?-brand?     Any re builders in New York area anyone aware of?
