Dear Forum,

 

         Thanks for your comments and opinions.  I am now convinced that the Nittos are as close as I can get to the ol’ Kumhos.   I very much appreciate the help.

FWIW, Silver State will not allow a difference in model front to rear. If wanting to run there on a mix, I would suggest 
getting tech approval prior to purchase.
