All,

I got this from Simon Vels in Holland who was lurking here today but can’t post for some reason. He wrote:

They are not chromed but stainless steel.
I was the one who send bumper samples from Iso Grifo, Pantera and Mangusta (slightly wrong) to Vietnam.(cheap craftsman) in the name of Harrington.

Harrington is located into GB , and I don’t think they are selling to Hall or other DeTomaso vendors, only to special classic car parts dealers , or sell them directly .
Most of the time they are not in stock , after payment done delivery within 6 weeks.

Very good price /quality , the Grifo bumpers are a little thinner.

Mounting brakets/holes needs sometimes some work for a proper fit.

I forget to tell , the Harrington bumpers are multiple pieces formed by craftsman welded together and polished .
Only to see on the back ,great parts on a good price.

Simon

   Mike (Drew),

What am I missing here? Why can't these bumpers be used with a body
   mounted turn signal?

   Mike,
Given that your front turn signals are body-mounted, these front
bumpers won't work unless you either significantly modify them and have
them rechromed, or significantly modify the body.
Hall and Byars sell reproduction metal bumperettes for L-Model cars
that fit and work perfectly and are substantially cheaper. They used to
offer them powdercoated black or chrome, but I don't know what they
have for shiny finish now. Here are the black ones:

   item=21181
Call Wilkinson today since he is open and ask if he has chrome Euro
front bumpers. Then call hall and Byars next week and find out what
your options are, and let us know.
   Thanks!
