Just wondering how much fossil fuel is used in construction of wind
generators and solar stations.

Besides making our home electricity bills higher, it will also negate some if not all of the financial advantage of an electric car.

They smugly drive around congratulating themselves for being ‘green’, even as fossil fuels are being burned hundred of miles away to generate electricity which is then ‘piped’ to their bubble of denial.

However his crazy ideals could well live on, as the leading candidate for governor is Gavin Newsom, an avowed socialist who never saw a tax he didn’t like, or a freedom that he didn’t hate. The ongoing decline of California would be assured if he was to win, but there is always a chance that reason will carry the day, and idiotic proposals such as this (and the bullet train to nowhere, and giant tunnels to devastate the northern California delta to pipe water to Hollywood swimming pools) will get overturned.
