Google the name... Charles Nelson Pogue, followed by Tom Ogle.
Both developed carburetors that allowed vehicles to go 200 miles to a
gallon. Oil companies then put lead, (later banned) then later other
fillers to muck up the working of vapor carburation. You tube "vapor
carburetors" and you can see the concepts.
