[DeTomaso] A/C suction side pressure?

 For R134a, 20-38 Psi on the low side is normal.

Anything below 20psi, indicates you probably have moisture in the system or
a txv problem.

Like Larry said, if it's blowing 38 degrees, call it a day, you are done.
