[DeTomaso] Wiper System Upgrade?

Mike,

Apologies, I'm working on my '74 too, it has been a race car, a Group 4 conversion and now back to a street car narrow body or maybe GT5-S conversion and I haven't even turned a wrench on it since we moved 4 years ago, but I have bought and sold numerous parts along the way. LoL!

That's what I figured I'll plan on a new replacement wiper motor and exercise it occasionally just for the hell of it.

Julian,

A point of clarification—I didn’t let my car sit for 17 years. It was actively being worked on (by others at first, later by me) the whole time.

As for the wipers, I think that’s about as good as you’re going to get. You can buy a brand new motor though, which might help?
