[DeTomaso] BaT 1972 Pantera - Damaged during test drive

I don't know if this is specific to Texas or not, but here in Texas if a
car is involved in an accident, the car carries the insurance regardless of
who is driving. So if the guy says he has insurance, it doesn't matter,
even if it's his fault. If you own the car, it's your insurance that pays.
