[DeTomaso] NPC - Austin/Temple TX

My stepson is going to be working at the VA in Temple TX starting in 
August.  He and his girlfriend were thinking about living closer to 
Austin and commuting.  Are there any recommendations on where to live or 
not to live?  I think he would really like to rent a house with a yard 
for their dog.
