[DeTomaso] Shift Happens - Broken Motor Mount Bolt

Tomas Gunnarsson helped me remove a broken drain plug in the block by mig welding a suitably large hex nut to it. Holding the nut against the block and welding through the threaded hole both protects the block from mishaps with the welder and warms the bolt/plug so that it can be eased out.
