[DeTomaso] New sport for Mr. Jones

Ha!  The first Pantera I sat in belonged to an elegantly dressed woman who
was wearing high heels.  I asked her about driving in high heels with the
closely spaced pedals.  She laughed and told me to reach under the seat
where I pulled out a pair of ballet slippers.  Later, after I purchased my
Pantera, I bought some narrow Puma driving shoes and would change shoes to
drive the car.  Eventually, I removed the rubber brake and clutch pedal
pads which allows me to wear normal shoes while driving.  BTW the pedals
have been spaced forward using and the floor pans dropped (both using parts
from Kirk Evans).
