That was the last good looking Z until '89.  The 79 ZX just got fat and lazy.  Sort of made me think of a Japanese T-Bird

That's how I started out.  I bought a brand new 1978 280Z right after I got my job offer letter (a month before I graduated).  I had to get a loan for the $800 down payment.


For the last month of school I was a BMOC :).


After the car payment, school loan payment and apartment rent I didn't have much left from my paycheck.
