[DeTomaso] Deck lid Shocks for cars with Wings

People seem to have had varying degrees of success with rebuilds, I heard of some leaking the gas out, presumably struts get pitted after many years service.

I do recall reading one article where someone had gutted a stock unit and inserted a modern gas strut inside providing the oem look and a creative solution.

Seems I remember that some time ago there was an outfit that rebuilt the
original decklid shocks. Anybody recall who it was? That would be great for
people who want to keep the stock look.
