[DeTomaso] BAT Pantera question

[Matt]

The car that is currently for auction on BAT has some triangle pattern
screws in the front compartment.
Is this stock and something common to earlier cars?
I don't recall seeing these before. I asked the seller about them and he
did not know.
Does anybody have an answer?
