[DeTomaso] Throttle bracket adapter

The Original Autolight Carburator was a spread-Bore design (Huge Primary
bores and small secondaries) VS a Holly uses an equal sized 4 square bore
design. Between the two different designs moves the linkage center point
forward about 5/8 of an inch. This means that the Throttle cable needs to
be moved forward by the manifold bracket, the same amount to get full
throttle actualization.
