Lots of Panteras have those heads.  The D3ZE open chamber castings used in
1973 and 1974 had large 4V ports but smaller 2V valves (and correspondingly
smaller bowls).  It was part of the effort to offset the loss in low end
when the compression ratio was reduced.  Both of my 1974 Pantera engines
had both the small valve open chamber 4V heads and dished pistons.  Note
the Sealed Power 7049P pistons are a domed design which offsets the
compression loss due to open chamber heads.
