[DeTomaso] Steering shroad Allen head screw size?

     The bolts (Allen head or hex head) are both 8mm x 1.25mm and it really doesn't matter where they are used on the column.

That's where I was going by the description, but according to Wilkinson the upper bolt (12) is part #03013A a M8*1.25*20 Allen bolt and lower one (14) is a regular bolt M8*1.25*15. Any one know Pitch and size of the screw or where I can get one? looking to replace screw and re tap hole. Thanks!!!
