[DeTomaso] NPC - Dial on dash of '38 Packard 12 - What is that?

Um, that car has a 473 CI V-12 which, while it only has ~150 hp, has mountains of torque.  I watched a video on rebuilding a Packard V-12 and the rods must be 6-8 inches long.

That's a speedo for future use, after you upgrade the motor.
