[DeTomaso] NPC: Needed - very used pistons with rods

Hi everyone,

I’m looking to obtain 4 to 8 used pistons with rods, preferably ones that have been through a “KABLAMMO” moment, or are mangled, bent, holed or just plain messed up. I don’t care about their application, as they won’t be used in an engine. 

A dear friend, colleague and mega car nut of mine passed on a few years ago (if you read Car Craft or Motor Trend back in the ‘90s and early 2000s, you probably saw his byline: John “Kiwi” Kiewicz), and I’ll be visiting the city where he was laid to rest next month. I’m planning on paying my respects (he wasn’t interred until last year), but flowers don’t last, and a bouquet of pistons/rods will. Plus, they’re far more appropriate (I know he would have gotten a kick out of it).

If you’ve got a few gnarlies you can spare, I’ll gladly pay the shipping.
