[DeTomaso] Clutch master cyl

We have hit a hurdle. The washer in the old cylinder is 1/100 of an in
larger that the new one and will not go into the new master cylinder. We
decided to pull the pin and remove the old arm from the car. We got the
snap ring off but the pin is rusted on solid. Soaking it with blaster now.

Any new ideas are appreciated!
