But seriously folks;
One of my old co-workers had a summer job at a paper mill, where the idiots let him drive a fork-lift.
There are a lot of fork-lifts around a paper mill and of course they had lap times for all the common routes.
He was making a right turn around an outside corner of the main building and hit a water patch.
The lift went straight ahead into a 66 KV transformer and the forks went right through into the coolant.

Of course it shorted and took down the plant.
As he was jumping off the back and running for his life it also caught fire.

So "after the smoke cleared" they were down
- 1 forklift
- 1 transformer
- 2 days production
- about 8 people 2 days doing the transformer removal & replacement
- cleanup time on all the in-process crap in the digesters
- cleanup time on all the product that was going through the paper machines at the time.

And they didn't even hunt him down an kill him.
