[DeTomaso] Are all the suspension arm bushings the same size?

The suspension Bushings are the same front and rear unless you get the
added Caster polyurethane set with the offset bushing kit. If you choose
the Offset front bushing kit, you should about 1 to 1-1/2 degrees of added
caster that the Pantera badly needs.
