[DeTomaso] Sorta NPC: Hiding the license plate

On the address angle.  The tag and title are in my trust that traces to 
a PO box.  Also my address is a rural route number and this county is 
not a 911 address county. The rural route numbers are a mess and if you  
don't know the county you cant find anyone.
