Good article, but a bit dated and a LOT naïve. You can get anyone's information, 
especially home address, in just 2 clicks.  Google, Facebook, credit card companies
and phone companies have more information on you than the government. And 
they are willing to sell it to anyone. You can track anyone by their last Google search,
FB post, credit card use, or mobile phone call.
