Rock Auto has a wide selection of thermostats for 351 Cleveland - I bought
a STANT 13468:

"OE Type; Thermostat - 180 Degrees Bottom By-Pass (2-1/8" x 13/16" x 13/16"
x 21/32") Info
W/Cleveland Engine; Alternate Temperature"    ...and the cost was < $4

I also bought (for the Cleveland) a good Delco starter for about $50, a GM
94 amp alternator for about $60, Gates green stripe hoses, a high quality
starter solenoid ($16), standard motor products ignition coil ($22) and red
strain relief duraspark ignition control module ($55).

I even purchased my temperature sender, oil pressure sender, fuel tank
cap, A/C Expansion Valve ($12) and a bunch of other "Pantera Parts" from
them - If you take some time to read the forums and can cross reference
part numbers you can save some good $$.  Also before I buy anything on Rock
Auto, I always search for a discount coupon and you can always find 5% so
it helps defray shipping costs....
