[DeTomaso] Centerforce flywheel hole alignment

The map has the correct dimensions in inches and decimal inches.
The labels should have been left out or " used for inches not a single '.

Centerforce gave me the diameter of holes 12.375 inches and 3.410 inches
between bolts.
The rest I had a cadd tech calc.

I have a Bridgeport mill with a digital readout in my garage and I am going
to try to drill the holes.
Maybe I am wrong but it should not be that hard to do.
Place the flywheel on the table.
Center the mill on the flywheel.
Move head to dimensions shown.
Drill, tap and add recess for bolt shoulder.

Guys I am not a machinist, tell me what I am missing.
Rich
