[DeTomaso] Removable steering wheel options

I apologize for all the emails.  Here another of the supposed "pantera
adaptor hubs" on ebay:

If this adapts to standard Momo for the pantera, then shouldn't a standard
momo quick release work?  I can use an inch or two of extension on the
steering wheel to bring it closer as long as its removable.
